Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at a unicorn startup, where he provides full strategic legal guidance, from concept to execution, for product development, commercial contracts, and enterprise platform & partnership agreements.

Previously at a Series B startup, as interim-General Counsel and prior as Corporate Counsel, Pavin developed enterprise sales processes, and led corporate transactions including M&A, Venture & Series Financing, and Fund Formation.

In private practice, Pavin maintained a corporate practice representing clients in corporate governance, business transactions, and outside general counsel matters. At the same time, he was and continues to be a subject matter expert in global data privacy and compliance. As a privacy lawyer, Pavin develops privacy notices, negotiating data processing addendums, and guides businesses through regulatory oversight.
